- The room is quite dirty. The towels are really old and those seem like random gifts of academies in 2011. The room is too warm and the floor heater cannot switch off.
- - dust- no elevator - theres only 1 staff there and he didnt stand by at the stay 24 hrs. If you arrived at the stay after midnight, need to inform them in your booking.
- There was no elevator so it could be a problem if your room is on the 6th floor and carry a very heavy baggage.

The lack of reception staff - I knew there was a lack of customer service before booking, and this seems to be done in a few places in Seoul. But we also saw a few places around the same price point with full reception desk, so I'm not sure it's really justified.
